Yes, everything visible in the images is included in the package. You will receive the perforated tray, the multifunction washing tray, the cutting board, the cup washer, the faucet, the integrated waterfall modules, and the drain kit. Nothing extra is required for basic installation.

The LED display works autonomously using hydropower generated by water flow. It does not require batteries or an external power connection. It automatically displays the water temperature and timer.

Delivery usually takes between 4 and 21 working days, depending on availability and your location. All shipments are dispatched from Limassol, and we always aim to deliver as quickly as possible. You will receive updates and tracking once the item is shipped.

We ship via Akis Express or ACS Courier, depending on your area. Delivery is free throughout Cyprus, and the courier will notify you when the package is ready for pickup or delivery.

You may return your sink within 14 days from the date you received it, as long as it is unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and returned in the original packaging with all included accessories. Once a sink has been installed or shows any signs of use, the return cannot be accepted.

Return handling depends on the situation:

  If the product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we will manage and cover the return process. In this case, please contact us immediately and provide clear photos of the product and packaging so we can arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.

  If the return is due to size, personal preference, or a change of mind, the customer is responsible for returning the product to the courier in perfect condition.
  

All sinks are thoroughly inspected before shipping and are packaged securely to minimize any risk of damage during transport.

Installation is simple and can be done either by any plumber or even by yourself if you're comfortable with basic tools. All the drains, connectors, and accessories needed for installation are already included in the box, exactly as shown in the product images.
